Market Hotspot respects your privacy and gives users the right to request deletion of their account and personal data.
This page explains how you can request deletion of your Market Hotspot account, listings, profile information, saved items, messages, login information, and other personal data connected to your use of Market Hotspot.
This applies to users of the Market Hotspot website and mobile app.
2. How to Request Account or Data Deletion
To request deletion of your Market Hotspot account and associated personal data, send an email to:

- Whether you want to delete your full account or only specific data.
- Any listing URL or account detail that can help us identify your account.
3. What Happens After You Submit a Request
After receiving your request, Market Hotspot may contact you to verify your identity and confirm that you are the owner of the account.
Once verified, we will begin processing your deletion request.
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or regulatory reasons.
4. Data That May Be Deleted
Depending on your account and activity, we may delete or anonymize:
- Account profile information.
- Name, email address, and phone number connected to your account.
- Saved listings.
- Posted listings and listing images.
- Seller profile information.
- App account information.
- Social login identifiers connected to your Market Hotspot account.
- Search preferences and marketplace activity where deletion is technically possible.
- Messages and support records where deletion is allowed and technically possible.
5. Data We May Need to Keep
Some information may be retained where necessary for lawful, security, business, or fraud-prevention reasons.
This may include:
- Payment and transaction records.
- Premium package or promotion records.
- Fraud prevention and security logs.
- Records needed to resolve disputes.
- Records required by law, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations.
- Backup copies that are automatically deleted according to our backup cycle.
- Data that has already been anonymized and can no longer identify you.
Where we retain information, we will only keep it for as long as necessary for the relevant purpose.
6. Social Login Data
If you used Google, Facebook, or another social login method to access Market Hotspot, you may request deletion of the information Market Hotspot received from that login provider.
Deleting your Market Hotspot account does not automatically delete your Google, Facebook, or other third-party account. You can manage those accounts directly through the relevant provider’s privacy or account settings.
7. Marketplace Listings and Public Content
When your account is deleted, your active listings may be removed or anonymized.
However, some public or transaction-related records may remain where needed for safety, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
8. In-App Deletion Request
If you are using the Market Hotspot mobile app, you may request account deletion through the app where available.
